Brian K. Vaughan (Saga, Y: The Last Man, Ex Machina) brings us one of Marvel’s most original superhero teams since the 60’s and one of the greatest entry points for any reader into the wonderful world of comic books.

THAT WAS A GAME is our first video series, specifically looking at odd uses of classic IPs and licenses in videogame form. On our first episode, we look at 1998’s “James Bond 007”, a Game Boy game made in the wake of the Nintendo 64’s “Goldeneye 007”.
James Bond 007 is a very odd game, and it shares more in common with The Legend of Zelda than Goldeneye. On THAT WAS A GAME, we explore what makes the game so odd and recommend if it’s worth your time.
